We’ll post updates here as soon as we’re aware of any issues. Our systems are automatically monitored, and if something goes wrong, alerts are escalated immediately (including alarms that break through silence modes on our phones). You can subscribe to get emails whenever we post an update.

The issue is now resolved. This was a short intermitted outage from our storage provider. All live recordings will automatically finish uploading.
Investigating
We're investigating an issue where some files are not uploading. This is impacting the ability to upload attachments, and finalise live recordings. Live recordings will remain saved to your device, and you'll be able to finalise them once the issue is resolved.
